Remnants: Eli Vale — Terms of Use
Remnants: Eli Vale is a free single-player game. Your use of it is covered by Apple's standard license agreement plus the short additions below.
Agreement and Apple's standard EULA
Remnants: Eli Vale is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard "Apple EULA"), available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/, except for the additional terms below, which take precedence where they conflict. By downloading or using Remnants: Eli Vale, you agree to both.
Price and purchases
Remnants: Eli Vale is free. This version contains no in-app purchases, no subscriptions, and no advertising. Nothing in the app costs money.
Photosensitivity notice
Remnants contains music-reactive visuals that may include rapid flashing on certain tracks. If you have a history of seizures or photosensitive epilepsy, please take care: you can reduce visual effects in the app's settings, and a parent or guardian should review the app before a minor plays. The flashing-visuals warning shown in the app is part of these terms.
Music and content
The music, artwork, and audiovisual content in Remnants: Eli Vale are owned by their respective rights holders and are provided for your personal, non-commercial enjoyment within the app. You may capture and share recordings of your own gameplay; you may not extract, redistribute, or commercially exploit the underlying music or assets.
Provided “as is”
Remnants: Eli Vale is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. Online features depend on Apple services (Game Center, iCloud, and Apple's push notification network) and may be unavailable, interrupted, or changed at any time. The developer does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Apple is not responsible
Apple is not a party to these terms and is not responsible for the app or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. As permitted under Apple's standard EULA, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.
Changes to these terms
If this agreement changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes that affect how your information is handled will be reflected here before they take effect.
