Mission control.
Farsun is made by one person, and support comes straight to me. Email is the fastest way to get help; it helps to include your device model, iOS version, and the app version from the bottom of Settings.
How do I play?
Drag anywhere to fly, hold to fire, and double-tap to dash. Clear a sector to chart the next one. The game teaches everything else in flight, one card at a time; Settings → Replay Tips shows them again.
Do I need an account?
No. The whole game is playable with no sign-in. Signing in to Game Center is optional and turns on leaderboards, achievements, echo duels, and the friends features.
Why don't I see any duels?
Duels need Game Center to be signed in (iOS Settings → Game Center) and at least one other pilot to have flown today's sector. If nobody has yet, the duel buttons simply don't appear.
A friend sent me a link or a code. What do I do?
With Farsun installed, the link opens the game directly. Otherwise type the code in: Arena → Enter a Challenge for a duel, or Arena → Play a Friend for a friend code.
Why doesn't the game turn sideways?
Farsun is a portrait game on iPhone and iPad, so it stays upright however you hold the device. The one exception is iPhone Duo: opened and held like a book, the game turns to landscape with its own layouts. Closed, it is portrait like any other iPhone.
Will my progress follow me to a new device?
Yes, if iCloud is on for Farsun. Progress syncs through your own iCloud account; Settings → Online shows whether it's active.
How do I block or report another pilot?
Open the ⋯ menu on their row in the friends screen. Block hides them everywhere on your device; Report opens an email to me with their callsign and pilot ID, and reports are acted on within 24 hours.
How do I delete my online data?
In the app: Settings → Online → Delete pilot profile & online data. That removes your callsign, rivals, challenges, and duel runs. You can also email drew0716@icloud.com with your callsign or friend code and I'll delete it within 30 days.
Does Farsun have ads?
No. Farsun has no ads and no tracking. It has one optional purchase, the Supporter Pack, which only changes how your ship looks.
I bought the Supporter Pack and it is locked.
Open Settings in the game and tap RESTORE PURCHASES, signed into the Apple Account that bought it.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Is the Supporter Pack a subscription?
No. One payment, once.
Does buying it make me stronger?
No. It changes how your ship looks.
The pack is not offered where I live.
It is not sold in every country.
